Sometimes, when I need a creative change of pace, I like to make weird art wearables. Often, but not always, to make me laugh. This is one of those experiments. This necklace is not made from high quality materials, but it IS high quality charm, I think. The weird little rat is crocheted from embroidery floss and has two literally beady (glass seed) eyes. The cage is one of those that you find in the jewelry section of any big craft emporium, as is the chain. I think it would be lovely as a piece of wall art. You can absolutely wear this, but if you do, BE GENTLE. And don’t get it wet. God only know what would happen if you got it wet…
